He has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Pennsylvania Philadelphia, PA; The Wharton School and a Master’s degree in systems engineering from the same university. A founding Managing Director of the SEAF Caribbean SME Growth Investment private equity fund which targets businesses in the CARICOM region for growth and strong performance. He has worked overseas for GE and BCG and regionally for JMMB and several other firms to raise capital via private equity investments or as they prepare to do public offerings on the local exchanges. He mentors entrepreneurs seeking to reposition their company for greater profitability or to attract capital as they seek to expand on the local exchanges. He speaks Spanish and is functional in French. Mr. Williams has been featured in many presentations and publications and sits on three private sector boards of directors.
