A Master of Public Administration and Public Policy from the American University, amongst other qualifications. Thirty-Three (33) years of experience in diplomacy. A consummate professional and pioneer who is passionate about organizations and empowering people. She is an Under Secretary at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade Jamaica, where she is responsible to the Permanent Secretary for her division’s strategic direction and leadership. It also provides policy advice, multilateral, regional and bilateral trade management, trade policy implementation and coordination, and trade agreement implementation, including the CARICOM Single Market and Economy (CSME) and the European Union Economic Partnership Agreement (EPA).
