Renée Brooks is a seasoned banker and healthcare professional that has sought to use her unique perspective of business and health to shape systems that deliver optimal care to all clients.

In the last 25 years, she has gained knowledge and experienced in operations, strategic planning, staffing and management, mental healthcare, standards development, risk and regulatory compliance as well as change management.

She holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) from the Northern Caribbean University and recently completed the Leading and Managing Effectively in Global Health Learning Pathway from the University of Washington’s School of Medicine and School of Public Health. She has also attained certification in Prosci Changement and ISO 31000 Risk Management.

She has served both locally and internationally on boards and committees regarding research, mental health, and served as a member of the Technical Committee for Telemedicine Standard at the Bureau of Standards Jamaica and holds membership with The Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honour Society – Omega Kappa Chapter.
