Course Description

This course seeks to highlight the role of top management in the quality management system in an effort to maintain a strong management system via identifying opportunities for Improvement for continual improvement. This course, will also provide an exclusive insight from the Accreditation body’s perspective through the understanding of some effective tools to conduct a productive management review meeting.

Pre-requisites

• Knowledge of quality management systems
• Knowledge of ISO standards (ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 15189, ISO/IEC 17020) etc.
