JANAAC’s Training Institute offers a suite of courses and sensitisation sessions to support the effective implementation of accreditation programmes and underscore the value of accreditation in our everyday lives. Our technical courses are aimed at building the competence of our assessors and clients who work in accredited organisations or those preparing for accreditation.

Training Delivery Options
Over the years our instructor-led courses have been delivered via two (2) methods, in-person classes and live virtual learning platforms. The delivery method selection takes into consideration the learning needs of participants, health and safety considerations and other relevant matters. Since the COVID-19 pandemic, all courses have been offered online.
Certificates Available
JANAAC awards participants who satisfy the relevant course requirements which, include (minimum 80% attendance and successful completion of the course evaluation) with either a:
· Certificate of Participation – Performance scores between 50% to 74% or
· Certificate of Achievement – Performance scores of 75% and above.
